Since 1991, Pasquale's Pizza III
has been serving the Middletown, New Jersey
, area with homemade, authentic Italian food
. However, owner Pasquale has been creating and serving pizzas long before that, starting at the tender age of 13 in his father's pizzeria in Brooklyn, New York. An immigrant from Italy, Pasquale's father imparted to him the many secrets he learned as a chef, including the recipe for his homemade sauces. Even Pasquale's mother contributed by teaching him many of her Italian recipes.
As Pasquale grew, his love for serving customers delicious, homemade Italian food led him to open restaurants in both New York and New Jersey, including Pasquale's Pizza III. From his specialty pizzas to the simplest of salads, Pascale's love of cooking shines through with every dish.
Pasquale holds himself and his restaurant to a very high standard, and this is best portrayed by the staff of Pasquale's Pizza III. Personally trained by Pasquale himself, each member of Pasquale's Pizza III embodies the elements that Pasquale built his restaurant on: great food and great service.
